About Me

Having learned how to navigate unwanted weight gain, reduced muscle strength, injuries, diastasis recti, nutrition, mindset, and other health and fitness challenges, Hannah is well qualified to guide you in navigating your health and fitness challenges.

Hannah is passionate about empowering women of all ages and life stages to have the energy and confidence to do the things they love and feel great while doing them. She accomplishes this through evidence based, deep health coaching based on their goals and lifestyles.

In Hannah's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 teenagers, and adult son. Some of her hobbies include reading, playing piano, hiking, photography, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
