Training/Coaching 1:1

1 hour: $75/Session

Do you have a specific goal you are wanting to accomplish? Working 1:1 with a trainer/coach is the best way to move forward. I'll design a personalized program and support you so that you can achieve your goal in a safe and reasonable way.

Group Coaching

2 hours: $350/person/module

The Group Coaching is a program that consists of four modules that cover topics such as:

  • food choices 
  • serving portions
  • eating behaviors 
  • exercise and activity 
  • recovery
  • life skills 
  • mindset/psychology 
  • health promoting environments
  • sleep
  • stress management 

Each module consists of 6 classes over 3 months. Classes meet twice a month. Weight, body fat percentage, measurements, and progress pictures will be taken at the beginning of each module. You can register for a class by clicking on the Contact Me page and sending me a message that includes your name and the best way to contact you. Class sizes are limited to 6 participants, so be sure to register early!

Group Fitness Classes

Do you have an event you are planning where you would like to provide group workouts? Or would you like to start a group fitness class at your business, organization, club, or church? I am available to teach group fitness classes. There is a minimum of 10 participants required.

A Year of Change: 12 Month Personalized Program

30+ hours: $300/month

A Year of Change is 30 sessions over a 12 month period that combines evidence based mindset, nutrition, and movement coaching to provide you with tools to create lasting, deep health. It is designed to empower you to take control of your health, fitness, and life.

Specialcise

60 minutes: Price varies-contact me for more information

Specialcise is a fun and engaging gym program for children and adults with special needs that incorporates many elements. Specialcise’s specifically tailored programs are designed to not only meet typical exercise goals such as increasing fitness and strength and building muscle and confidence but it also incorporates important brain development exercises like crossing the midline along with necessary fine motor, gross motor and core development exercises.
